Missions

In Habakkuk 1:5, the Lord says, “Look among the nations! Observe! Be astonished! Wonder! Because I am doing something in your day, you would not believe if you were told.” God is always working to extend the message of His salvation to the ends of the earth. Graciously, He has allowed Tri Point Church of God in Mio, MI to participate with Him in this mission. We have been a solid presence in overseas and local missions for years, and now it is expanding its reach into new areas around the world and providing new ways for us to get involved. If you have any questions about missions or would like more information, including opportunities to donate to any project, contact Diane Maier -Director of Missions 989-826-3161.

Missionaries WE Support

  • MARCUS & ARIANNA PATTULLO- CRU Mid-MI University

Marcus and Arianna Pattullo, serving as Campus Staff for Cru

    Location: Mid-Michigan Campuses

    Giving site: give.cru.org/0891180

Marcus and Arianna are on staff with Cru in the Mid-Michigan area. After being wed in 2015, they felt the Lord leading them to full time ministry with college students. The college campus features some of the world's brightest, most intelligent, future professionals; yet offers some of the spiritually darkest years for students. We are seeking to shine the light of Jesus on the college campus, so tomorrow's families, professionals, and churches would be dedicated to the Lord.

  • jOSH & JEN lEVIN- Jonathan House, MN

    Does Jonathan Live Here?

When we brought our family to the Jonathan House on Hyacinth Ave in St. Paul, a repairman was fixing a leaking bathroom sink.  His name was Jon.  From that point on, Linnea has referred to it as Jonathan’s House.  We find our 3-year-old’s confusion amusing, but adults also wonder about the origin of the name.

Have you ever thought about Biblical refugees?  You might be surprised by how many people in scripture were forced from their homes for one reason or another.  Take David – after being anointed Israel’s next king, but before obtaining the throne, he found himself in the crosshairs of King Saul’s javelin.  He fled.  David became a political refugee.  While in hiding, his best friend, Jonathan, paid him a visit.  From 1 Samuel 23:16,  “And Jonathan, Saul’s son, went to David… and strengthened his hand in God.”

We desire Jonathan House to be a place that not only shelters asylum seekers, but also helps them find strength in the Lord.
